Pipeline

TRexBio is advancing a differentiated pipeline of biologics designed to restore immune balance and promote tissue repair for more durable disease control. Our programs have been advanced leveraging our Deep Biology Platform to discover and develop product candidates for the treatment of a wide range of immune-mediated diseases.

Treg Targeted Biologics for Immune-Mediated Diseases

Our pipeline is focused on augmenting tissue Tregs to address critical treatment gaps in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. We have both wholly owned and partnered assets.

TNFR2

TRB-061

  • Preclinical
  • IND Enabling
  • Phase 1
  • Phase 2
  • Phase 3

TRB-061 is currently in Phase 1b development for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.

CD30

TRB-071

  • Preclinical
  • IND Enabling
  • Phase 1
  • Phase 2
  • Phase 3

TRB-071 is an investigational CD30 agonist designed to both augment tissue Tregs and block an immune system inflammatory pathway. Genetic studies support the involvement of CD30 and its ligand in inflammatory bowel disease. TRB-071 is currently in IND-enabling studies.

Our Collaborations

We believe the scientific depth and translational value of our platform have been independently validated by multi-year, de novo target-discovery and selection collaborations with global pharmaceutical companies. We have an ongoing collaboration with Lilly for therapeutic candidate TRB-051, which is a modulator of immune effector cells, first identified and advanced as part of our collaboration. We also previously partnered with Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine to explore new targets in immunology and inflammation.
